Thank you for supporting our efforts to make creative, thematic adventure games. We're a small independent publisher, and purchasing directly from us is greatly appreciated. Please review the following policies before placing an order.
PREORDERS
Estimated Delivery
Preorders for Spirits of Christmas are expected to ship in September 2025. We’ll update you by email if any delays occur.
Payment Timing
Your payment is processed in full at the time of preorder to secure your copy.
Order Separation
We recommend placing preorders separately from in-stock items, as we ship everything together when all items in your order are available.
Price Protection
If the price drops before shipping, we’ll issue a store credit for the difference.
Allocation & Limits
In the rare case of over-allocation, refunds will be issued in the order purchases were received.
Cancellations & Changes
You can cancel or modify a preorder any time before the game begins shipping. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method if canceled within 120 days of purchase. After that, refunds may be issued as store credit.
SHIPPING
Domestic Only
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
Carriers
We use USPS and UPS depending on weight and destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Rates:
- Rates are based on weight and shipping location.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Preorders
You can cancel or modify a preorder any time before the game begins shipping. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method if canceled within 120 days of purchase. After that, refunds may be issued as store credit.
In-Stock Orders
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unopened and in original condition.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include a description and photo of the issue.
- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund (your choice, based on stock availability).
Final Sale Items
Any opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory limits.
Risk of Loss
All risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is handed off to the shipping carrier.
Website Use
All content, including product images, text, and logos, is the property of Humble Bard Games, LLC and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to orders, shipping delays, or product performance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is collected only to process your order and communicate with you about your purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
